How do I reset my equipment?

    Resetting your Internet/landline phone connection is done by unplugging you modem for about five minutes. Than plug it back in, and wait til all the lights on the modem come back online. This could also take several minutes. After that, test your Internet and landline phone service. For me, I hit the speakerphone button on my phone to see if I have a dial tone. If you have a dial tone, and you can browse the Internet, your modem is working properly.
