I am having problems “viewing” a particular channel 11 (Fox11 kttv) but I can hear the broadcast while using Roku. My television screen is pixelated but I can still hear the broadcast. All the other channels work fine no issues whatsoever. What is going on here?

Good morning @Callcrissy welcome to our community. We are sorry this channel is not working for you; we recommend that you restart your modem by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds.
