Spectrum app works fine for a few days then will start pausing with pin wheel spinning for minutes

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of trying to watch TV on the Spectrum TV app and the screen is buffering. The app is affected by the internet connection and I am seeing in the logs that your account has had some poor quality internet connection recently. I optimized your WIFI settings to see if it helps with your connection. I would also recommend you reset the modem if you run into problems with the app.
