Why is my account listing the wrong plan?

Signed up in store for 1 gig internet and premium tv, they gave me the wrong tv package so I called sales to upgrade it. They told me I’d keep my 1 gig but now my account is showing I have “Internet Premier with speeds up to 500 Mbps”. Chat support said I have 1 gig but my speeds don’t match that and neither does my account.

    Hi @Vicchingman, welcome to our community!

    The app can take 48 hours from order completion to reflect any changes. I've checked your modem and do see it is provisioned for gig. Have you ran a speed test?
