A modem
I’m in a bit of confusion,I restarted my service,when I had the service shut off till I got my bill paid up, the spectrum people came and got the equipment.i don’t have a modem to reactive the service , can anyone please tell me what’s going on.at one point customer service said a modem will be shipped out and no router ? I don’t have a clue to what they want me to do…

Welcome to our community! I apologize for the confusion on the order. I was able to locate the account using your community registration. It looks like the order was entered showing that you are using your own modem and router so nothing is set up to be shipped at this time. We are unable to make changes to orders through the community, but if you reach out to our customer support at 855-707-7328 they would be able to get that order corrected so that the modem and router can either be mailed out to you or set up to be picked up at your local Spectrum store.
