Problem’s & confusion
first of all I LIKE SPECTRUM,maybe a bit pricey but it’s worth it. I’m going to try and explain what’s happening,,I hit a slump finically & asked spectrum to stop service,I paid the 250.00 on the last statment & a spectrum employee came out and got the equipment,so now I’m trying to restart spectrum, - I have no equipment & spectrum has no record of the equipment being picked up. ???? So they keep emailing me to activate the service HOW !! When I don’t have equipment. !!! This is really nerve racking

Welcome to the Community Forums. I do see that most of your equipment was returned but we did not receive the Xumo streaming box. If you still have the Xumo streaming box then you can return it to the Spectrum store. You can also pick up the equipment at the store that you need for the service that you recently signed up for.
