Why does my modem say Unassociated Network Equipment AND connected?

I installed my wifi today and it’s been saying this since connecting. It’s been a few hours and it still doesn’t show a service as available.

On my modem it has the two blue lights, power and online.

I also tried to reset it to see if it would help, but nothing.
