What's wrong with my internet

Our power didn't come back on until 1:47pm. Internet didn't show any signs of working until 5:30 am this morning (Wed). On the app showed modem and router were connected when I got home showed for both, disconnected. Is there any way to fix at home, or when am I gonna get it back again?

    Hello @JoshRam36;

    I do understand the frustration with our internet working after the power was restored but then lost it. I confirmed we are aware of an issue affecting your location. Our equipment site for your area is currently having a power issue. Once the power has been fully restored then your internet should stay working.
