how do i change my payment option?

    Hello @jbross21

    Welcome to our Community Forums! We're happy to help you with changing your payment method via the My Spectrum app.

    To change or update your payment method:

    1. Sign in as the Primary or Admin user.
    2. Select Billing and then choose Manage Auto Pay.
    3. Choose Manage Auto Pay.
    4. Select Change Payment Method.
    5. Fill out the fields and then select Review and Complete
