Can’t pay my bill

I keep getting an error when trying to pay my bill. I try on different devices and browsers. It keeps telling me to try again later. WHY?! I don’t want to have to call in to pay.

    Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues when trying to make a payment via spectrum.net/ My Spectrum app, I am happy to look into this for you. There doesn't appear to be an outage of the service so we'll try some troubleshooting. The app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let me know if this helps.

    Every page hosted on the spectrum.net domain seems to be broken at the moment... keeps returning a CloudFront error. So the API is likely failing at the other end.

    May have no choice but calling or go to a local office if this does not get resolved in time.
