Why so many outages!?

2 out of 3 days this week, in afternoons we experiencing internet outages which is not good for working! And why are we told it's due to severe weather when it's been the clearest weather across the region for weeks!!!!

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    I do apologize for the issues with our internet service. I was able to locate your account with your login information. I am seeing the last issue prior to today shows due to a damaged line not weather related. Today's issue does not list a cause on the ticket. We are working to restore the service as quickly as possible.
