How long does a speed test take?

I tried to run a speed test and it got to phase 2 - checking modem speed. It stayed there for 10 minutes and froze.

    Good morning, @deedleann824. A speed test should only take a few minutes. I would recommend that you unplug the modem for 30 seconds and plug it back in to refresh the service.
