I called on November 2nd to have a repair man come and fix my TV and computer. I was told it might take a day, but the man I talked to hesitated, and asked to hold. When he came back he said Colin would be there between 5 and 6 that day. I don't remember his name but he was sooooo nice to fit me in. Colin arrived as scheduled… he was terrific, did a great job and got my TV and computer working. Having these working means more to me than I can say....Thank you soooooo much for the great service!
