    Hi @Vellet, welcome to our community!

    I'm sorry our internet service isn't working. I've located your account and the modem has been online and able to communicate with the router. Are none of your devices able to get online? Will you please reboot the modem by disconnecting the power cord for 30 seconds before plugging it back in? Wait for the online light on the modem to come on, and then reboot the router the same way. Allow a few minutes for them to finish rebooting before testing your service.
