Multiple Daily Internet Outages

I have the latest internet modem and router from Spectrum and after installing it my internet still dropped frequently so I had a tech visit. The tech found a lot of noise on our cable coming from the street and changed it all out. Everything worked fine for a couple hours but every time we try to steam a movie or a hockey game, our cable modem recycles. It can happen once while viewing or multiple times. Our cable TV (using the same line from outside) remains crystal clear during these Internet outages. Has anybody found a reliable solution or reliable provider for Internet connectivity on Gospel Island (Inverness, FL)?

    Hello @awiederrich;

    I can understand the frustration of our internet being down frequently. I reviewed your modem's history and I did see the cable signal being poor last night. It has been stable since that time. It appears to be better than it was before but it is still reaching a poor level. If you continue to see your internet connection drop then I would recommend we get a technician back out to continue to adjust the cable signals at your home. If you would like a service call then please provide us on when you would be available for an appointment and we will schedule one.
