Trouble logging into Epic and Electronic Arts game servers

All of a sudden, I am unable to log in to Epic or EA games when connecting through Spectrum. I have no issues connecting to the same services when using my phone as an internet hotspot for my desktop, so it's something to do with the Spectrum connection but I can't sort out what. I tried resetting the router, the modem and even the wifi pod I'm using but nothing helps.

Does anyone have any ideas? For what it's worth, the ESPN Fantasy Football app on my phone stopped being able to connect through my Spectrum service at the same time. Tech support suggested swapping out my equipment, which I will do, but am wondering if anyone out there has a better answer.

    I do apologize for the issues that you are having. Do you get an error message when trying to login to those sites? Do you have the issue on more than one device when trying to sign in?

    Hello. On the Epic servers I get a message that I'm not logged in, but that is incorrect. Yes, it's happening on more than one device, on my desktop and on my iphone (when connected through the Spectrum wifi)

    @okkin

    Have you tried a wired connection directly to the modem via ethernet? If not, can you try that now? Connect your device directly to the modem, be sure to reboot the modem and device so that they recognize the new connection. Then try accessing the sites to see if the error persists.
