I am reading different things. Can I download the Spectrum App. on a Hisense TV?

    Welcome!

    The Spectrum app is currently only built into Samsung and Apple Smart TV's, You can also get an XUMO ("Zoom O") streaming box from Spectrum, which will have the app on it, and connect it to your Hisense TV like a cable box, with optional cloud DVR service if you choose.

    You can also use such other devices that with bring the app to your new Hisense TV. This YouTube video is very helpful:

    Depends if it is a smart TV and has the app available in that platform's store.

    Even if it is a google/fire/roku/xumo/etc. based smart platform, it may not be available if it is an older chipset/OS version.

    If is not available in that smart platform's store, would need to connect an external streaming device and install the app there, just like you would with a normal TV.
