Unable to Access Digital Phone Settings and Call Guard call logs.
HI,
Yesterday and today (12/5/24), I'm unable to access our Digital Phone Settings. When we use the Manage Voice button on my Windows 11 laptop, the page continually reloads quickly. And I'm unable to access Call Guard (see screenshot below).
I've tried using both Google Chrome and Firefox browsers, clearing the caches, and rebooted my modem with the same results. Voice Settings on iPhone app gives a "We were unable complete your request. Please try again later" and "We were unable to get call logs. Please try try again later" messages.

This is a known issue that began on 12/4 and is currently being investigated. Unfortunately, there is not an ETA for a fix, but technicians will have the access restored as soon as possible.

Thanks. The problems appear to have been corrected when I checked at 5 PM EST.
