name change to my partner on the bill.

There two name on the online account one primary and one admin. I can switch the name on the bill? From parmary name to admin?

    For things, are you wanting the account entirely moved to your partner's name? Or just wanting the bill to to be addressed to your partner?

    The login's to our portal would not dictate who's name is on the statements, those only show who has the main admin account vs the others etc. Please let us know the details of what you're wanting/needing so we can best advise!

    Hi,

    I just wanting the partner's name being show on the bill. It's for the trust fund that helps my partner to pay the bills. In order to do this the name need to be shown on the bill for approval.

    Thank you for clarifying! In order to have your partner's name on the bill, you would need to do a transfer of ownership. You can find more information on this here:

    I did fill out the form and I also called them. Thy claimed they would change the name. Nothing happened so far.

    Can that be done over the phone or online? My partner is wheelchair bound.

    Online transfers of ownership are available in some situations, including if you have power of attorney, guardianship or conservancy. In those situations, you would need to follow the instructions in the link provided below and provide corresponding documentation.

    Otherwise, the easiest and fastest process is for both of you to go to a local store, which are accessible, and complete the transfer in person. You will both need government issued ID to complete the transfer.
