Why is my internet so slow?
I am trying to log in and see if it’s because bill needs paid or if there is service interruption but I work from home and the link to pay my bill isn’t coming up through my spectrum ap because the service is so slow

When service is suspended, speeds are greatly reduced to only allow very limited actions. If you believe service is suspended, you can use the app on mobile data instead if unable to connect through the home internet connection. It looks like you've already called in and gotten assistance with your account. Speeds are currently showing above the subscribed levels. If you're still having any issues, please let us know.

Is this just slow Internet speed at Spectrum's bill pay site or all Internet sites?
Did this just start today? First thing I would try is unplugging your modem and router for several minutes. Reconnect the modem first, wait for it to come online, Than do the same with the router.
Clearing your cookies on cache on your browsers can also help. Be aware that this method will log you out of most websites. First visit to the slow site in question after the cache/cooking clearing might be a little slower because the data has to download freshly from the servers.
Next reboot all equipment on which you experience the Internet slowdown. Monitor to see if there are any differences in speed since rebooting the equipment.
If the slowdown does not improve over the next several days. report back to us on the forum here. We need to distinguish if this is slow Internet at Spectrum's bill pay site, or extends beyond that.
