The house is big and I'm not sure there will be reception in the upstairs.

    Good afternoon and welcome @jameso13126,

If you have our WiFi service and there are areas in your home that may not fall within the WiFi coverage area of the router, we do offer WiFi Pods that would extend your network coverage within your home. They connect to a power outlet, have 2 ethernet ports for hardwiring any devices, and connect wirelessly back to the main router. If you find areas with poor or no WiFi connectivity, these may be a good addition for your situation. There are also options if purchasing your own WiFi equipment such as mesh networking devices that operate similarly.

You typically wouldn't want to use 2 routers on the same connection for a variety of reasons, as there can be signal interference as well as IP conflicts with 2 devices on the same network assigning IP addresses to connected devices. For our service, we would not offer 2 routers on a single internet service connection, but it is possible to do using your own equipment if you configure the devices properly.
