    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand your concerns about outages. We currently do not have a place that you can view closed issues in your area. You can find active issues by using the My Spectrum app or logging into www.spectrum.net. If you would like information about a previous issue then you can reach out to us and we can review your account for archived known issues.
