TV APP Outage
Is there any information about this TV APP outage, or an ETA on when it's expected to be fixed? I had to get a new modem yesterday and apparently I can't activate it until the outage is resolved. It connects to the Internet but only has a .22 mbs speed. It's been almost 24 hours and I'm getting extremely upset about the lack of communication. All it's said as an alert is we're working quickly. No status updates, no other information.

Welcome to our Community Forums!! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with our Spectrum TV app, I'm happy to help! New equipment should not affect your ability to access the Spectrum TV app. Do you currently have a working internet connection? Are you getting an error when you try to access or stream the app?
