Found this online. Huge information for all of Spectrum's Contact Information! A great FAQ database of resources here: Note that I have not been able to verify everything here, but this looks like something that could be pinned in the Account Section of the forum:

    Thank you for providing the resource. However the article shows last updated 2022 so it may not be the most up to date and we would only pin things that are verified and from our website.

    I removed the link from your post. The information, including rate information is severely outdated and the phone number listed is not an official Spectrum number, but rather appears to be a third party retailer. There are also imbedded links that do not resolve and take you to invalid websites.

    While we appreciate the initiative, please refrain from posting links and allow the verified moderators to point customer questions to the appropriate support channel for assistance.
