Do I need a bar code to return equipment to the UPS store

    Hello and Welcome!

    Just bring your equipment and tell UPS that you're a Spectrum customer, and they'll take care of the rest. Remember to hold on to your receipt for tracking purposes.

    I would tape my account number next to the equipment bar code (without covering it) and take and save a picture of that.
