Receive emails, but can't send or forward them from my iPhone 13
I've had an issue for a long time where I receive emails on my iPhone, but can't send, respond or forward them. I receive a message saying they are undeliverable because of an invalid email address which I know is incorrect because many times it's my email address for a different account or I'm responding to an email I received so I know it's valid. My wife was having the same issue. She went into the Spectrum store and they couldn't help her. I finally read a suggestion that I can no longer find that actually worked. Under your Outgoing Mail Server swipe on SMTP. Click on "Other SMTP Servers" and fill in the information that was listed as optional. For Host Name enter "mobile.charter.net" and then your Spectrum email address and password. I hope this works for others.
