    Hi @leyricki3, welcome to our community!

    I just want to clarify what @Satch said; There is no charge to replace your remote if your Xumo is rented under the Service Fee Model ($5/mo for as long as you have the Xumo), but with either Purchase Fee Models (Pay in Full $60 one time, or Equipment Installment Plan $5/mo for 12 months) replacement remotes are $10.

    Good Evening,

    Just go to any Spectrum Store and request a new XUMO remote. If you don't live near a Spectrum Store, call Customer Care and they will send out a new one, no charge.
