    I am sorry to see you are experiencing an issue with your streaming services and would be more than happy to assist. Based on the information provided when you registered, I was able to locate your account and see that you were experiencing service interruption that evening. While the interruption was resolved at 11:12pm, it looks like your modem, did not complete a reboot. Are you able to reboot your modem and router, by unplugging the power for 30 seconds, to see if this helps?
