How do you rewind on On Demand with the SpectryTV App?

I’m having an issue where I can’t rewind on On Demand when a show is on my TV, but I can rewind in 30 second increments through the app on my phone. I fell asleep and missed a chunk of my show. I tried rewinding on my phone and casting it to my TV, but it jumps back to the same spot towards the end of the show. I have tried putting the arrow left button and the left cursor, both on the remote, and nothing happens. It’s really frustrating. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

    I am sorry that you are experiencing some trouble in RRW an ON-Demand show. However, I'd be happy to help. If you stop the recording and utilize the left arrow button, that will prompt the show to RRW. Please bear in mind that not all of the shows On-Demand, have that feature. At the start of the show, there will be a notification indicating if it is not available. I hope this helps, but if you are still experiencing an issue, we are here for you 24/7.
