How do I switch my computer from a private connection to a public connection?
Oi switched it from public to private and now it won't let me choose the box beside of public.

For the issue you're inquiring about, that is actually a feature of the device itself and not of the network. To correct that though, if you visit the link to Microsoft's support page, it will instruct you how it can be put back.
If there's anything else relating to Spectrum services though please let us know!

Just be mindful switching to the public profile will start blocking some features, like printer sharing, that may need manual tweaking afterwards.
Private assumes you are on your own trusted network, public assumes you are on someone else's so it doesn't trust most network access by default.
