Can't access my Road Runner email account

I am trying to log in through the webmail website.

Thank you! Can you please go to our website here then login using your full RoadRunner email address and the password for the email. Then on the left side there is a Check Email link that is how you will access the email going forward.

This is what pops up when I try to sign in: The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again or select Forgot Username or Password. IDID-3104.

Thanks. When did you create the neo.rr.com email? Was it associated with a previous account other than your current account?

I created the rr.com email years ago when Spectrum was Road Runner. It is not associated with a previous account.

Thanks. I am not seeing a @new.rr.com email associated with your current account. There is a @twc.com email and a spectrum.net email associated with your current account. Your recovery email is associated with an email from a different provider. Your current account was opened after we became Spectrum in 2016, so it would not have been possible to create an rr.com email with your current account.
Email is a free service that accompanies an active internet subscription. Once the account is closed, access to the email will be restricted before the email is purged. Last fall and through the end of the year, customers with emails that were "orphaned" or no longer associated with an account were notified that they would lose access and the email would be purged as part of an effort to migrate all current and legacy email access to one portal on spectrum.net. It is likely that the @rr.com email in question was part of this effort.
If you would like to investigate further, we suggest that contact support directly so we can properly authenticate you as the account owner and research the status of the rr.com email.

I meant that my email address ends in: neo.rr.com My computer keeps autocorrecting to "new" instead of "neo"
