Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the picture quality in our app. If you use another device such as a phone or computer to watch do you have the same picture issues or is it only on the TVs?

Hi @tdcompton, I've checked your account and I can see that you have a very poor connection while using the app leading to a bit rate reduction. Our modem is showing a good connection, with healthy signal strength and no logged timeouts, but through the router I can see you have 3rd party WiFi extenders connected. While testing please disconnect these extenders as they could be causing interference even if you aren't connecting through them. Test as close to the main router as possible, you can test using a smart phone as Renee suggested if you don't have a TV already close. If it works better, it tells us the issue is due to WiFi range or a problem with the extenders. If the problem persists, try running a speed test.
