How to watch a recorded show while it is still live?

in Cloud DVR

I can't watch a recorded show on cloud dvr as long as it is still recording. This is with the Spectrum app with a Roku streaming device. No problem with playback once recording has finished.

    Seems like others are having this issue as well, including myself. Moderators indicated they are aware of the issue, but I suggest calling tech support with Spectrum as well.

    It looks like their Cloud DVR service is starting to degrade like it did several months ago.
