Why can't I change the day my mobile bill is due?

I can't change the day my bill is due. I am on fixed income and was told that I can't change the day and I can always pay early. (I can't pay early if I get paid a few days after it's due).

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.
With any of our services there is not a way to change the due date as it is determined by when you signed up for service.
For any help with billing for mobile it is best to call in to 1-833-224-6603 to speak with the mobile team.
