Our internet service has been dropping a lot lately. Can you explain?

Hello,
Unplug all Internet equipment for several minutes and reboot modem first than router. Monitor what happens when the equipment comes back online. If the problem persists, call to get your signals tested and drop line checked. If the tech finds out your lines are good, have he/she replace the modem/router.

No kidding. Just got charged $178 for my 1g plan. Mt service drops several times a week. I have the mobile through spectrum too and barely get 1bar. The WiFi drops if I move to my bedroom or walk to the front door. Been trying to get a person on the phone to explain why my bill went up $25 from last month while the service just keeps getting worse. Looking for a new ISP...

Our Internet has also been dropping multiple times a day. The app always says there isn't an outage, too. Spectrum increased rates, yet the service has become even worse
