    Have you tried this?

    "Settings" > "Device settings" > "Power preferences", and then disable the "Auto-off" feature; this will prevent your Xumo box from going into standby mode automatically after a period of inactivity.

    Key points to remember:

    Access settings: Go to "Settings" on your Xumo device.

    Find power settings: Navigate to "Device settings" then "Power preferences".

    Disable auto-off: Locate the "Auto-off" option and set it to "Off".
