    Welcome to the Community Forums. I was able to find 2 accounts linked to your email. Can you tell me the city of the account that is affected by the slow internet? I also see both accounts are using the Spectrum router. The Spectrum router does have some firewall functions but should not affect your internet speeds. Can you provide some details on how you are experiencing the slow speeds and what troubleshooting you have tried to do so far?
