Smart TV lost internet connection

All of a sudden lost internet connection on myn smart TV. Cannot sign in again. Password word change? Tried to reconnect using what I believe is my password which is [redacted]. What can I do?

To confirm, I was able to access your account based on the information provided during registration. I can confirm that your modem and router are online, with an excellent connection. Can you please attempt a reboot to the TV or a network refresh in the TV settings to see if this will help?
