My Choice Channels

I have followed every instruction on every forum on how to change my 15 channels and there is no option anywhere within my app or while using the website. I haven’t changed channels in one year so I’m well over the 30 day window.
I’ve even clicked on links provided by spectrum support but there is NO OPTION!

According to multiple forums here and on Reddit, many others have this issue as well.

I strongly suggest that Spectrum makes it easier
For users to change their channels online or from within the app. How about making a single tab to “change choice channels” right out in the open. This is beyond frustrating

    Hey there!

Welcome to our community page and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue when updating your channel lineup and perhaps we can provide some assistance via this platform. Having said that, I was able to locate your account based on the information provided when you registered. To confirm, did you follow the following steps?

    1. Sign in and navigate to your Channel Lineup.
    2. Select the Settings tab.
    3. Select Edit Channel Lineup. You'll be brought to a menu of channels organized by genre.
    4. Select the channels you'd like to include in your lineup, then select Continue.
    5. Review your channel lineup selections and select Save Lineup. Your lineup will be saved and ready to watch.

If you are in a locked state, meaning you've already changed your lineup within the last 30 days, a date will appear on your screen for when the next change is eligible. Please attempt this and reach back out if the problem persists. We are here for you 24/7.

Hi Jilliana, I have tried all the above but there is no option to change or edit my choice lineup. It has been one year since I changed my lineup so I am not locked In

I checked on my phone using the MySpectrum app, Spectrum TV App, and also on the App on my Roku TV. Then I went to my desktop computer and it’s not located there either.

Please confirm which application or website I should sign into and where I’m supposed to access your step 1, listed above.

I’ve also tried the instructions in this screen shot, to no avail

Thank you for responding so quickly!

Have you tried making these changes directly from our website Spectrum.net? You will be required to sign in and make the changes from your services tab.

yes. I tried that as I mentioned above. The last time this happened I called customer service who said something had to be updated on my account, placed me on hold, advised to log out and log back in, and there it was.

    I got it to work.
I went to my desktop computer and signed into

Spectrum.net then clicked on MORE at the left menu bar, next I clicked on WATCH TV, then SETTINGS, and in the left hand side you’ll see Channel lineup. It only works on a desktop. See pics
