Why do Zoom Meetings lose audio and video after about 10 minutes?

Using Zoom the meetings become difficult to understand (audio and Video) after about about ten minutes. This has been an ongoing problem for the last year after moving into this building. I installed an ethernet cable directly from the router to the computer and the problem persists. This problem didn't occur when we were in another building south of Helena. Can someone fix this problem?

Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the concern about not being able to use the Zoom meetings properly. I analyzed your modem and it is currently offline with our network. I do see that it had a stable connection prior to 30 minutes ago. I reviewed the history of cable signals and it has also been stable. If you have recently disconnected the modem then reconnect it and we will be able to look at the router for potential issues.
