My old roommate left his old equipment. Can I use it?

    Hi @tmartinez0209, welcome to our community and thanks for your question!

    You won't be able to use the same equipment, but mailed self install kits usually arrive in just a few days or you can visit a Spectrum store to get one same day. We also have professional installation available with a technician who can bring new equipment. We would appreciate if you would return the old equipment to a Spectrum store or a UPS store at your earliest convenience. If you have a professional install the technician should be able to collect the old equipment for you.
