High-Split Upgrade for Big Lake, MN?

Any update on when Big Lake, MN will get its high-split upgrade? Or at least have the process started. I was told by a local tech that it would be the winter of 2023 at first, and now we are in 2025 with no updates.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about when your area will receive our Network Evolution Upgrades (formally known as High-Split upgrade) I am very sorry that you were provided that information previously and that those dates were not met. Our launch dates are subject to change depending on schedules and other factors. I have checked and your area is currently not on the list. This doesn't mean that it will not be upgraded, it is just not on the current schedule. You will be notified when this happens though. Please let us know if you have any other questions. -Lyn
