Disney Bundle option to add HULU

The Spectrum Disney bundle was supposed to include HULU for an extra $1 per month. I saw the option in early December. I needed to wait until my Disney account cancellation took effect on the 27th. When I activated my free Spectrum Disney bundle, the option for HULU was not there. I called Spectrum Customer service and was transferred to sale. Sales told me that it was a temporary glitch and they were working on putting the option back. It's still not there. When can I add HULU??
