Connectivity

I have been having intermittent connectivity issues since February 16th. I have already had a tech out once to replace my modem and router. The issue gets better for a few days and then flares up again. I keep losing internet and my cable tv is pixelating severely. It has become unbearable. I can’t get any work done. The latest issue started yesterday around 3:00 pm. The soonest they could schedule a tech is today at 3:00. The problem seems to get worse during cold weather. Also, there is a damaged box on my street that we have seen people working on during our issues. I’m pretty sure my neighbors are also having problems. Is there anything I else I can do to escalate? I don’t think the problem is anything inside my house as we have already had a tech here.
