I signed up for 1 gig Spectrum internet two months ago with the notion from the rep that sequential speeds were coming to my area in the next month or so. Was he correct about this?

    I do apologize for any issues. I am not seeing that your area is scheduled for the upgrades for symmetrical speeds at this time.
