Network drops several times a day

I’m in search of suggestions and/or recommendations. Several times a day, the network drops from 30 seconds up to about 5 minutes. I’ve tried restarting my router to no avail.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the drops in connection you are noticing. I am very sorry that this is happening. Have you attempted to bypass your router and connect one device directly to our modem to see if you still notice the drops in signal? -Lyn

Thanks. Please try connecting directly to the modem with an ethernet cord and monitor to see if the issue continues. This will help rule out a potential issue with the router vs an issue with the modem.
Looking at your modem logs and diagnostics, there are no issues that stand out, so it could also be a matter of WiFi interference with another device.
