Should I see the Xumo box listed in my equipment on the web site?

I picked up a Xumo box (I get for free in my bulk account) last night and they added it to my account. They also deleted my Cloud DVR service for reasons they could not explain. One of them said DVR service comes with the Xumo on bulk accounts…can anyone confirm that?

I told them to readd the dvr service. i got my recordings back, but all the schedules were gone. A half hour later, I got an e-mail saying that whole order was cancelled. I still have the Xumo box and that's why I'm wondering if I should see it in my account, which I do not.

Also, I'm prompted to login to the TV app which I don't think I should have to.

Should I be able to pick 'Spectrum' as a TV provider on Xumo box because it only has Xumo Play.

    Good Evening,

    It will take between 48-72 hours for new or swapped equipment to show up online in "My Account." I would advise to wait until the equipment shows in your online account and see if you have Cloud DVR Service. For reference, Cloud DVR when added saves 50 cloud recordings for 90 days. Cloud DVR Plus saves 100 recordings for one year.
