Welcome to the Community Forums. We have several options to replace our equipment. You can visit a Spectrum store to swap out the equipment and you can find a Spectrum store by visiting the following site. https://www.spectrum.com/stores?cid=sms:StoreLocations We can also dispatch a technician to come out to replace the issue and the technician visit maybe advisable if you are having a problem with our service. Can you explain why you are looking to swap out the equipment?
