Closed captions recently stopped working...

This happened on all (3) of my Xumo Stream boxes. I have toggled the CC option OFF and ON, checked the setting in Parental Control, restarted Xumo and unplugged the Xumo, no joy. CC works on other Xumo apps.

When selecting closed caption settings, is this being done in the Xumo box Accessibility settings, the Spectrum TV app settings, or both? When viewing a live program in our TV app, press up on the remote directional pad and there should be a few options, with CC being one of them. If there is not a check next to the CC, move over to it and select it to enable. If it is enabled in the Spectrum app settings or in both settings menus, but not working, please let us know.

Yes, and that does work, thank you. I got used to using the options button on the remote to bring up the Closed captions, but that stopped working a while ago.
