    Welcome to our community! To access Max, please visit this site to log in with your Spectrum ID and link a Max account to your Spectrum account. If you'd like to watch using the Max app on your TV or Phone, that can be done once the Max account is linked to your Spectrum account.

    Hello and Welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    1.) To access free Max You must be a Spectrum Cable TV or Spectrum Streaming TV subscriber.

    2.) You must subscribe to any Spectrum Select Package plan. This includes Spectrum Select, or Spectrum Select Signature, or Spectrum Select Plus.

    3.) If you meet these two conditions, go to https://www.max.com You may also be able to find the Max App installed on Smart TV devices such as those indicated below: (Taken from Google Search)

    TV

    • Amazon Fire TV & Amazon Fire Tablet.
    • Android TV.
    • Apple TV.
    • Contour & Contour Stream Player.
    • Chromecast.
    • LG Smart TV.
    • Roku.
    • Samsung TV.

    4.) Select Sign Up With Provider

    5.) Choose Spectrum as your TV Provider.

    6.) Log in with the same User name and Password credentials that you use to access your Spectrum account. or click "Continue" if you area already signed in to your account.

    7.) Bookmark or Favorite the site on your PC, or add it to your Home Bar on your Smart Device. If you are logging into your Smart TV from your Max account for the first time, you might be asked for a screen verification code that will appear on your TV. You can either confirm that code by entering it on your device. (Such as your TV or PC.) Once that code is entered you will have Max on your Smart TV or device. The above list of Smart TV's should have Max pre-installed on them.

    Note that some conditions may apply: Your account needs to be current and in good standing.

    New installs of Spectrum equipment may take between 48-72 hours before services are ready for mobile/remote operations.
